Cafe

2 Healthy eating cafes will be located in the building, each with direct connections to the loading bay for easy access. One in the basement will serve the public, available to guests visiting the museum. The second one will be located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the atrium and the lobby. This cafe will serve the employees of the building, providing a healthy eating option during the workdays.

Both cafes will serve cold and warm health drinks, coffee, sandwiches and other snacks for an affordable cost. Both will be small, with limited kitchen and back of house space, but ample refrigerated storage. There will be natural vines and seating areas for visitors and employees to enjoy a break.
