Offices

 

The offices will have a modern open plan with a section for open offices and 3 private offices. The aesthetic will be airy and light with plenty of windows and natural materials to invite a feeling of calm and productivity. The area will be adjacent to a team member daycare center and an outdoor terrace.

 

The main reception area handles logistics and meeting coordination, leading to the open offices and 3 primary offices. A mechanical and files/copy room are located near the circulation core. 2 meeting rooms and 2 closets are positioned near the front of the building, next to the daycare, and can access the rooftop terrace, where outdoor meetings or gatherings can take place.
